Our online store operates 24/7. If you have any questions or concerns, please send us an e-mail to customerservice@boutique25.com and we will reach out to you within 24 to 48 business hours.
What is your exchange/return policy?
We sincerely appreciate your business and will do anything in our power to keep you happy with our brand! We understand that from time to time there may be a need for an exchange or return. That's no problem! That is why we are providing our customers with an Exchange/Return Portal to make it easier to process their exchanges/returns!
We welcome exchanges within a ten (10) day period from the date you received your merchandise. Items must be returned unused with original tags attached in order for us to process an exchange or a return.
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds, unless the items were defective at the time of leaving our fulfillment center.
No exchanges or returns on intimate items.
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with shipping an exchange or return back to us. We will cover the cost of shipping your exchange back to you. You can find our Exchange/Return Portal by clicking here.
Once you received your return label, please be sure to check your email for an invoice which will cover the cost of shipping your item back to us. Once paid, please move forward with mailing your exchange/return to us. Please DO NOT send your exchanges/returns unless this fee has been paid to avoid having the shipment returned to you.
